1. Service Agreement
By booking our carpet cleaning services—whether for routine maintenance, stain removal, or specialised treatments—you agree to these terms. Our cleaning services operate in compliance with relevant UK health and safety regulations and industry standards.
We provide professional carpet and rug cleaning through our qualified specialists across England.
2. Service Scope and Cleaning Standards
Our services include carpet cleaning, rug washing, stain removal, odour treatment, and related cleaning treatments. We focus on providing quality cleaning services using professional techniques and eco-friendly products suitable for different carpet types and conditions.
While we perform services to professional standards, cleaning outcomes can be influenced by carpet age, material composition, stain type and age, and previous treatments. We provide consultations to ensure realistic expectations and satisfactory results.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service outcomes, clients agree to:
- Disclose all known stains, spills, and previous cleaning treatments
- Clear the cleaning area of small furniture and personal items
- Provide accurate information about carpet type, age, and material
- Inform us of any pet accidents or specific odour concerns
- Ensure safe access to the property and cleaning areas
- Follow drying and aftercare advice for optimal results
Clear communication and proper preparation help us provide the best possible cleaning results.
4. Stain and Material Considerations
Clients must inform us of any known delicate materials, valuable rugs, or antique carpets before service. We conduct spot tests when working with delicate fabrics or unusual materials, but cannot guarantee complete stain removal for all types of stains or aged carpets.
We reserve the right to decline service if undisclosed delicate materials or severe damage pose significant cleaning risks.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request. Large area cleaning and specialised rug washing services typically require confirmation of service details. Specific booking terms will be confirmed during the reservation process.
Last-minute changes to service requirements may affect pricing and timing, which will be communicated before service begins.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as published and payable according to the booking agreement. For services exceeding £100, we typically require confirmation of service scope. Final payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
Outstanding balances may affect future booking availability. We reserve the right to require payment before commencing services for new clients.
7. Equipment and Property Protection
We maintain professional cleaning equipment and take reasonable care to protect your property during service. Our team uses protective measures where appropriate, but cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or wear to carpets and flooring.
We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions or structural issues.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee. Large area cleaning and commercial bookings require 7 days notice for cancellation without penalty.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations.
9. Pre-Cleaning Assessment
We strongly recommend pre-cleaning assessments for valuable rugs, antique carpets, and severe stain situations. Assessments allow for proper treatment planning and ensure client satisfaction before comprehensive cleaning begins.

10. Photography and Portfolio Use
We may request permission to photograph completed work for professional portfolios. Separate written consent is required for any images used in marketing materials. Clients may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing.
Personal photography during services is permitted, though we request consideration for our working process.
11. Collection and Delivery Services
We offer collection and delivery services for rug washing. This service includes safe transport to our cleaning facility and return of your cleaned and dried rug. Clients must ensure rugs are properly prepared for collection and provide accurate contact details.
We reserve the right to assess rug condition and may recommend specific treatments for optimal cleaning results.
12. Drying Times and Aftercare
We provide estimated drying times based on cleaning method, carpet type, and environmental conditions. While we take care in moisture management, drying times can vary due to humidity, ventilation, and carpet thickness.
Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice to ensure proper drying and maintain cleaning results.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for cleaning services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing carpet damage, colour fading due to age or sun exposure, or results affected by environmental factors or improper aftercare.
We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our cleaning services.
14. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
